Currently the only shipping available is through Australia Post's Standard Shipping, Australia wide directly from where the candles are made in Keilor. Please allow 5 working days from time of shipping for your order to be received. Postage is calculated automatically based on product weight. We only ship within Australia.

 If you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it for an exchange or full refund if it meets the below criteria. 
 If your order arrives less than perfect condition please provide a photo to info@thecandlehut.com.au so we can organise a replacement or refund. Please note we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods or transaction. If you are having trouble with the quality of your candle please contact us and we will go through some trouble shooting and if we are unable to resolve the issue you are welcome to a refund or exchange of the same product (images required to confirm issue).
